People not using overhead bridge

OUR good Governor Powes Parkop and Moresby South MP Justin Tkatchenko, your people in and around Koki have not been using the overhead bridge.
They use the roundabout to cross the road despite having the fence built to prevent crossing.
We urge both of you to close the roundabout and extend the fence all the way to Ela Beach which will force people to use the overpass.
These people disrupt the flow of traffic by crossing the road which is not safe for them.
Remove the roundabout and barricade the area towards Ela Beach. Only then, people will use the overhead bridge.
