Pharmacy for Oro

Normal, Papua

THE people of Oro province now have the services of a pharmaceutical chain with the opening of CPL Group’s City Pharmacy last week.
The pharmacy, located within the premises of Post PNG on Buruga Street, Popondetta, will supply the little town with essential medical supplies and pharmaceutical products.
In line with CPL Group’s vision to ensure its services are available nationwide, Oro will now have access to a wider range of over-the-counter medicines, in addition to all other medical supplies which other City Pharmacy centres stock up.
Joining Alotau as the latest inclusions into the pharmacy family within six months of each opening, CPL Group said it was proud to extend a much-needed service to the community.
City Pharmacy retail manager, Gil Madrid, said there would be 13 store staff and three security guards operating in Oro which will be headed by a pharmacist and store manager, Mark Onin.
The City Pharmacy chain now boasts a total of 27 pharmacies spread across Papua New Guinea.
