THE Papua New Guinea Rugby Football Union (PNGRFU) through the PiU Rugby4Schools programme recently celebrated the National Disabled Day at the Sir John Guise Indoor Stadium.

This was alongside the PNG Assembly of Disabled Persons (PNGADP) and other service providers like the We Care Foundation, Callan Services, St. John’s Ambulance and Bukbilong Pikinini – Children’s Library.

With the theme “sports for all”, the children were taught the basic skills of passing and running with a rugby ball by PiU’s Paul Joseph and Dougie Guise and a host of PNG Pukpuks and Palais squad members.
