Please stop dumping, burning rubbish

 THE continuous dumping of waste next to the 3-Mile police station and the burning of plastic bags are polluting surrounding areas. 

We are suffocating from the carbon-monoxide that causes complications to our respiratory system. 

Can the police, the Lae city council and the health department stop these people from dumping and burning plastic bags?
