PRIME Minister James Marape says his Government is determined to tackle corruption because the people have had enough of it.
Speaking at the Lowey Institute in Sydney last week, Marape said it was time to tackle the cancerous effect of it using the power of prosecution and all other means available.
He said as a first step, the Government was undertaking a comprehensive diagnostic on the law and order capacity and other critical areas of social service.
“As prime minister, I want to ensure that we have the right services available in the right places to meet the needs of our people,” he said.
