PNG needs a bigger annual budget

WITH a budget of K10 billion, do we honestly believe that it is enough to sustain or improve the lives of seven million people?
The answer is no as PNG is a third world country.
The nation lacks innovation on how to improve the economy and standard of living.
As the budget stands today, this nation is economically, socially and politically stagnant.
The only way to set the nation on the wheels of prosperity is to innovate and improve the country’s economic growth.
Whoever is in charge of the nation’s economical progress must transform the K10 billion annual budget into at least K30 billion.
Otherwise, the country will grow at a snail’s pace.
