PNG needs efficient managers

WE are standing at the threshold of an unprecedented influx of wealth.
But the pressing question is: “Will the people that own the resources ever expe­rience the benefits of such wealth?”
Track records have shown otherwise.
But as John F. Kennedy said: “Our problems are man-made, therefore, they may be solved by man. And man can be as big as he wants. No problem of human destiny is beyond human beings.”
The greatest need for PNG at this time is effective and efficient managers.
Managers that will put the nation’s inte­rest first.
We have had enough of politicians who have mastered the art of diversion.
We need managers who can effectively manage our wealth.
Otherwise it will be squandered away like in the past.
