I READ with interest the concern by ‘The Observer’ in regards to vacancies within the PNG Sports Foundation.
I too am an applicant and I am still waiting for a feedback.
I also have a friend who has been working there for the past 10 years as a casual.
This person has not been confirmed to the position acted on.
This person has been put on short-term contract together with new recruits in support services division from late 2016 and early 2017.
On the same token, in my time with my provincial team in Kimbe during the PNG Games 2017, I discovered some information on the internal recruiting that has taken place.
Can the Government authorities investigate?
