THE Papua New Guinea Football Association (PNGFA) has invited people who want to upgrade their knowledge and skills in refereeing to attend a course it will be conducting tomorrow.
The Morobe Football Association, in partnership with PNGFA, encouraged associations in Tewae Siassi, Finschhafen, Bulolo and other districts to send a participant for the course.
MFA president Peter Seske said those who participated in the basic refereeing programme last year will pay K25 for the advanced course.
“For the new participants in the basic refereeing course, they will have to pay a registration fee of K50,” Seske said.
He said such courses were good for participants to learn and share knowledge back in their districts. He said for the venue and further information regarding the course he can be contacted on 71440788.
Meanwhile, Seske said MFA was looking at introducing a super league concept for the local competition.
He said the concept’s purpose was to maintain the level of players in the National Soccer League.
