The comment that police personnel punch PMV drivers who commit minor traffic infringement cannot go unchallenged.
In the process of punching a PMV driver, you must remember that you are violating that particular person’s human rights.
It amounts to human rights abuse.
You cannot go around punching people.
What rights have you got to do that?
