Police brutality in PNG

While Police Commissioner Gari Baki is concerned about the security of Apec officials this coming November, the citizens of this country are suffering at the hands of his rogue police officers.
It is not a new thing that people of all walks of life have suffered in the hands of the police in their everyday life in our country.
We have tried to eradicate this problem over the past few years but there has been no improvement.
When will police brutality stop? Can the officers who do not uphold or practise the law be removed from the force?
