Police investigate man’s death

POLICE in Mt Hagen are investigating the death of a man whose body was found by a group of children on Saturday just outside the city.
Provincial police commanders Chief Superintendent Martin Lakari said the man was from the Jika tribe in Hagen Central.
He was from the Ogulben mission station and got married to a Moge woman. Police retrieved his body on Sunday.
Lakari said they were investigating the death which seemed suspicious. The body was partly decomposed.
Lakari appealed to the Moge tribespeople to help police in their investigation because someone must have some information on how he died.
