Police officers demanding payment

POLICE are asking people who turn up to file complaints to contribute to their fuel expenses and allowances.
Are we going the right direction Papua New Guinea?
It looks like the police force is only for the Government because when it comes to the ordinary citizens of this country, we have to pay police officers’ allowances and meet their expenses just so they can look into our complaints.
