Police recruitment

THE recent suspension of 37 police recruit constables for bullying is the harvest of what was practiced in the recruitment section of the Royal PNG Constabulary.
There should be a total revamp of this section with the recruiting officer to be investigated.
There was no proper screening of applications.
So many young men
entered the police force through nepotism.
Why waste public money on investigations?
All the evidence was crystal-clear for the Bomana Police College management to terminate them on the spot for unethical behaviour.
