Police roadblock annoying

IT is annoying, especially in the morning, to see police running a roadblock at the 8-mile roundabout, in Port Moresby.
It’s frustrating because we have children and working people trying to get to school and work and yet we have to stop and be checked, and that’s a big waste of time.
This roadblock causes a traffic congestion that also affects traffic going to J-mart or over the overhead bypass at Erima leading to Parliament. Please, police officers use common sense.
Road construction and upgrade work are already creating havoc with traffic in Port Moresby and the last thing we need is having police set up a roadblock during peak time in the morning.
