Political parties and their policies

Letters

POLITICAL parties should clearly outline their existing policies to win public and voter confidence.
We need strong and workable policies apart from the current free healthcare and free education policies that the People’s National Congress party is pushing.
The challenge now is to find which political party will be the next to prove to this country that they can do better than PNC.
We have taxation issues, employment issues, agriculture and other issues that need government intervention.
Good parties with sound policies are the ones that will win most of the seats and form the government, so we need parties that can do better for their people.
Parties that wish to put forward new policies should do their research well before making those policies public.
Many policies are rushed through. Political parties should think about their policies well, put much thought into them and properly weigh the advantages and disadvantages.
