JOHN Kekeno owes an explanation to the people of Koroba-Kopiago as to how K1.14 million of public money donated to PNG Party would benefit the electorate.
He may want people to think that landowner companies and associations in his electorate are so cashed up they could donate almost a million kina to a single political party.
So who are these people camped out at Vulupindi House each day?
Perhaps he should name these associations and companies.
After all they are communal entities funded by taxpayers’ money and are therefore subject to public scrutiny.
It is rather obvious he has committed public funds from his electorate to enhance his own diminished chances in the coming election through associations other than his own standing and charisma.
