Polling day filled with frustration

POLLING for Ward 10 at the Boreboa Primary School, North Waigani, in the National Capital District was chaotic and frustrating.
One polling team did not arrive, a polling box went missing, and names of many voters were not on the electoral roll.
As a result, hundreds of voters were turned away or did not vote.
