Polye gives support to Pacific Games

 OPPOSITION Leader Don Polye (pictured) has given his support to the 2015 Pacific Games which begins this week. 

Polye, a staunch critic of preparations in the lead-up to the Games, told FM100 talkback radio that he would reserve his criticisms until after the event.

He told listeners the Opposition had done its bit by making constructive criticisms of preparations towards the Games and the costs involved.

He urged the country to participate in the Games directly or indirectly and help to welcome visitors to the country.

“It’s not only sports that matters,” Polye said.

“In the spirit of sports, we can engage in partnerships in all aspects of life, in business and economic relationships.”
