DON Polye is one of the first sitting MPs to be re-elected.
The member for Kandep and parliamentary leader of the new T.H.E. Party has been re-elected  for a third term.
He has won three diffe­rent elections on primary votes on the new preferential voting since it was introduced in 2007.
His first win was in the 2007 general election, followed by the 2008 by-election and this year’s election.
We, the people of Kandep, love this man so much because he has brought many infrastructure services to many rural areas since he was first elected in 2002
He has also contributed much to the nation as a senior minister and an MP.
Polye is one of the most influential, efficient and successful leaders in the country.
He played major roles, including as a senior minister under the Somare regime and deputy prime minister, in the development of the country.
He has never failed in maintaining his integrity.
It is an achievement and a blessing for Kandep, Enga and PNG.
The nation will see a new chapter through this great man.
Dirty politics by some rival candidates in the electorate must stop as more than 75% in Kandep love this man.
Polye is the favourite son of Kandep.
