IT is sad that Port Moresby is living up to its reputation as one of the most violent cities in the world.
While many people, including yours truly, have been outraged by a report stating Port Moresby as one of the top five violent cities, the recent attempt on Chief Ombudsman has just confirmed that report.
How can that be good in attracting investors?
