THE Telikom National Soccer League returns to the Sir John Guise stadium this weekend when FC Port Moresby hosts NC Civil Works Oro FC.

After uncertainty on the usage of the stadium, it has been confirmed the competition will use the venue until refurbishment starts there for the 2015 Pacific Games.

With the return of all its representative players, FC Port Moresby is tipped to beat Oro FC.

Young striker Alwin Komolong is back from Under-20 duties to l lead the onslaught with Reginald Davani.

They will be aided by Neil Hans from the flank, while Michael Foster and Roniel Igens will control the midfield for the Pacific Assurance Group-backed football team.

NC Oro finally rolls out of its doldrums if their performance against Hekari during midweek was any indication.

Marampau will have to improve and control his temper. He was lucky not to be sent off against Hekari for his unsportsmanship behaviour.

The curtainraiser match will see the second game of the Ox & Palm National Women’s Soccer League starting at 1pm.

In Lae, Gigira Laitepo Morobe has failed to shine in recent weeks and must beat Welgris FC at the Sir Ignatius Kilage Stadium on Saturday.

The second match at that venue will see Besta PNG hosting the visiting Eastern Stars. The Hekari-WNB Tavur match will be played later.
