Poor use of funds by Allan

I WANT to express my disappointment with Unggai-Bena MP Benny Allan’s recent donation of K50,000 to a school in Goroka.
The money should have come from the Goroka MP.
Is Allan aware that many schools in Unggai-Bena, especially Upper Bena, are falling apart?
He should have used the funds to maintain and upgrade all the rural schools in Unggai-Bena, which are in a dire need of such assistance.
Many schools in Upper Bena, like the Mohuveto Community School, have been forced to close because there is no money to maintain them.
There is nothing wrong in donating money to a school if the MP had used his own money.
But it is unfair to use the district funds for Unggai-Bena for a school in another electorate.
