Posting questioned

THIS year’s posting in Western Highlands has not gone down well with teachers and concerned stakeholders.
I believe some concerned authorities who are supposed to be in the appointment process are not involved
The province emphasises on quality education through media, gatherings, meetings and public rally.
Why is this to happen like this?
The very people who will implement and provide avenues for the better are the teachers.
How on earth when an officer who can’t perform is placed on the top to perform when he/she is incompetent.
We also have the agency schools on the other side, we have what we call partnership with the government.
Let us have some common sense.
