Prioritise funding

IS the National Broadcasting Corporation’s question and answer team part of the National Operating Covid-19 Centre (NOCC) media or are they contracted to carry out programmes for the NOCC?
If they are contracted, how much is this contract worth?
Right now, the country needs funding to set up quarantine and isolation centres.
All unnecessary expenditures should be cut off and priority given to what matters the most.
