I REALLY appreciate the work of the Task Force Sweep team, whhich has begun investigations into corrupt practices in SHP and Hela.
Some culprits have been dug out of their shells and we hope to see more in the coming weeks.
I call on the team to investigate the K60 million that was allocated last October to upgrade the Yombi-Wara Angule road.
This huge amount was allocated for a road that is not very long.
Yet no work has commenced.
The contracted company has not started work because there is no money.
The Ialibu town sealing, which was progressing well before the elections has also been stopped due to unavailability of funds.
It brings a lot of questions to mind as to where the money had gone.
I strongly support the call by Bulolo MP Sam Basil that all political parties should provide necessary documents, showing their financial details for the 2012 national elections.
