Probe paper farmers

THE “paper farmers”  from Waigani who benefited from the NADP funds must be investigated as they did not do anything worthwhile to deserve the money.
It is daylight robbery.
How can anyone get such amount of money without proper project analysis?
Surely there must be proper accountability of the funds.
This shows how careless the Government is.
I, for one, have lost confidence in the Government.
The Government could have used the K200 million to build good roads where cash crops like coffee and cocoa plantations are.
Right now, these places have no roads for the farmers to send their harvested crops to the markets.
No wonder PNG is heading nowhere because of such corrupt practices by successive governments.
