Product appear fake, unsafe

I AM appealing to the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) and other responsible state agencies to investigate the producer of a certain alcohol beverage in Morobe.
The labelling does not meet the PNG Food Sanitation Act 2007 – labelling requirements (no ingredients on label).
It has a PNG Made logo but looks counterfeit. The packing and labelling material is very cheap and does not guarantee any health benefits.
I believe it is ordered in bulk into the country and diluted by colouring and packed cheaply.
Can we have a Trade Protection on liquor industries?
Can the National Institute of Standards and Industrial Technology and ICCC investigate this process line?
