Promises made but not delivered

THE remote parts of Unggai-Bena district in Eastern Highlands are still without basic services like health, water supply, roads and electricity.
This would be the fourth term of MP Benny Allan and there are still delays with his development promises in his district, with villages in Unggai like Atirigu, Keta, Nivi, Orumba, Omena, Orumbafoe, and Wararam are still suffering. We have been waiting for some of the promises he had made since his second term.
These promises include a road from Lutave to Movi, wind turbines for schools and proper health centres.
