Proud recipients … three schools, Angau Memorial Hospital and rural Morobe health
services are recipients of a large donation from the Rotary Club of Lae. Members of the club at the
weekend unpacked a container load of library books, school desks, tables, wheel chairs, rural hospital delivery kits, clutches and stacks of other medical supplies for delivery to the schools and the hospitals. The donations came from Rotary Clubs in Australia through the Rotary Australia World Community Service Limited. The three Lae schools are St Patrick’s Primary School at Tentsiti, All Saints Elementary School at Bumbu and Christ The King Elementary School at 11-Mile. The medical supplies were assembled by the wives of Australian Rotarians for the needy in Papua New Guinea. Pictured is long time Lae Rotary Club member and former chairman of the Angau Memorial Hospital board  Ross Humphries loading medical supplies for Angau Hospital and rural Morobe health services.
