Provide flight details on website, app

THE incident at Jackson International Airport incident points out that Air Niugini should have a website for real-time information on flight numbers and their status.
They should provide information on estimated times of arrival and departure, boarding and whether a flight has been cancelled or delayed.
Air Niugini should also have a mobile app so people can access real-time information.
Come on Papua New Guinea!
Stop playing catch-up with the rest of the world and let’s lead innovation for other countries to follow.
I see no point in hiring computer scientists and engineers to do basic jobs that a technician can do.
