Punish those who smoke in public

The National Letters

SOMETHING should be done to ensure those who smoke in public are punished.
I am sure it is illegal to smoke in public.
However, we have ignorant people smoking in public in front of non-smokers and children.
Some smoke in PMVs where there are infants on board.
This should stop.
