NATIONAL Court judge George Manuhu has adjourned an application by the first legislative counsel, Hudson Ramatlap, to next Tuesday.
Manuhu granted the adjournment following State lawyer Tiffany Twivey’s argument that she was short-served upon the hearing yesterday.
Lawyer Rimbink Pato, on behalf of Ramatlap, filed the application to restrain the Public Service Commission, its chairman, men, employees or agents from conducting investigations into the allegations.
Pato will be seeking to have lawyer Twivey cease to act for the second defendant, the National Executive Council (NEC).
Ramatlap was replaced by Vela Konivaro, the then second legislative counsel.
Meanwhile, businessman Graham Osborne’s interim court order hearing has been adjourned to next Thursday.
