Ramu NiCo: Safety at mining site

 SAFETY is everybody’s business in every person’s walks of life and needs to be given first priority at all time, Ramu NiCo Management (MCC) Ltd, Community Affairs general manager Martin Paining said.
Paining stressed this on Tuesday during an awareness and demonstration by PNG Fire Service to mark the national mining safety week (NMSW) in Madang.
Ramu NiCo invited the PNG Fire Service who gave presentation on fire prevention and fire safety tips then proceeded to demonstrate on how to stop fire during an emergency.
“Safety should be every person’s responsibility at work place and must not be taken for granted,” Paining said.
