RAPATONA surged further up the competition table after disposing of Blue Kumuls 3-0 in the Port Moresby men’s Super League challenge at Bisini Park on Sunday.

Despite several big name players, Rapatona’s performance on has not reflected their calibre and class.

And with the season winding down, they should have something up their sleeves for their rivals.

Despite earlier indications that Blue Kumuls were looking to a strong fight against their opponents, Rapatona were keen to prove they were strong contenders for the finals.

On Saturday, Defence continued their winning run, edging Mungkas 1-0.

Despite dominating the game, Mungkas failed to find the target and allowed their opponents the only goal of the game.
