Ravens scoop six awards

TOYOTA Raven netball club may have missed out on the A grade netball final but they are queens of the game in their own right. The team made up of residents of Kokopo Town took part in the first East New Britain netball competition.
Backed by Ela Motors through Toyota, Raven field three teams in the competition with one A grade team and two Under 21 teams (Red and Blue) which comprised 30 players.
After the finals recently, Toyota Ravens teams won trophies for minor premiers in A grade, Under 21 Divisional Runners Up, Best Attacking Team, Best Defensive Team, Best Organised Team and 2011 Club of the Year.
