Recall old Telikads, Telikom

I AM a Telikom client and a bemobile subscriber.
I bought three Telikads at two different locations in Chinatown on Monday and Tuesday.
When I tried to top up my credit, I found out the card numbers are invalid because the cards had expired.
I returned the cards back to the retailers and was told many of their clients faced the same problem.
I was refunded.
I call on Telikom to issue valid Telikads to retailers.
