Recruiters not tranparent

MOST recruiters of employees are not being honest and practicing transparency in recruiting employees.
That is happening both in the private and public sector.
Some employees are politically appointed for a vacant position while others recruited have family relations with them.
Employing wrong persons for the jobs reduces an organisation’s productivity.
This is a big issue in our country today.
Recruiters are practicing this and not long this will become a trend.
Can the Government do something about this?
