Release fishing funds

 I WOULD like to air my concenr for the silent majority, who are victims of inefficiency of National Fisheries Authority.  

The Project Development Fund (PDF) for fishing projects was approved and advertised in newspapers. 

We were advised by NFA via newspapers to get quotation of the goods to procure for the project and funds will be released as soon as possible.

Since June, invoices submitted at NFA office have not been processed and we do not know what is happening. 

Several attempts to contact NFA were unsuccessful as responsible officers’ lines were deliberately engaged.

I urge Sylvester Pokajam to look into this issue and release payment at the earliest possible. 

We have been waiting too long for this project to get underway.
