POLITICIANS and other stakeholders have been urged to pull down spiritual carvings in their hearts and not the much-talked about cultural or tribal carvings at Parliament House.
Chairman of the Every Home for Christ Ps Peter Las said the removal of cultural objects at Parliament House was a spiritual matter and it would never affect people’s Christian lives unless the leaders involved set their hearts right.
He said every politician, public office holder and individual had to weed out the spirits of corruption, adultery, idolatry and alcohol that were affecting their lives to break through in their Christian journey.
Las said it was about time those individuals allowed God to come into their lives, families and communities.
“When God dwells in our hearts, we will live transformed lives,” he said.
“Get your spiritual houses in order. When your hearts are in order, the power of God will function out of your house to deal with the spiritual forces and not the physical carvings.”
Las said individuals had to invest more on the spiritual development so they could fight the good spiritual battle to pull down spiritual carvings in themselves.
