CAN the National Capital District Commission do something about the many small and filthy markets that sell items such as lamb flaps, sheep tongue as well as fuel and oil that littering the city roads and streets, especially in Erima, Five, Six and Seven mile areas? These markets are eyesores and being run by certain ethnic groups who have no respect for the laws of this land. It’s time for City Hall to start cleaning up these filthy places. The capital city has been playing host to major international leaders summits and sporting tournaments and it is a great shame to see these filthy markets popping up all over the city. Governor Powes Parkop must take some urgent measures to restore order.
