Reset call time

I APPLAUD the 11pm till dawn free calls by Digicel.
It gives customers an opportunity to make phone calls for longer periods.
However, I think it would be better if the starting time is reset to 9pm.
Be reasonable, some customers cannot wait till 11pm.
Please reset the time.
I am sure customers would really appreciate it if you do so.
