Restore Madang’s beauty

 MUCH has been said about a town, once known as the pearl of the pacific, that is now doomed and no longer has its beauty to boast about. It is indeed a very sad state for all of us who had our lives connected to this once beautiful place. Back in the colonial days, our fathers worked hard to create a small haven for beautiful people of different ethnic groups to enjoy and live in. I call on the governor of Madang and all six MPs to bring back its true beauty and make it the next Bali. Much of what we see today were put up by our colonial fathers. There are no new infrastructure developments in Madang brought upon by the current town authorities or other development partners. It is over to all true sons and daughters of Madang to help make this place better for our children, just like how our fathers have done for us back in the 50s. Yahweh Aloim, please help our leaders to bring back the beautiful Madang.
