Resumption in chaos

IT is the beginning of the academic year and schools will resume as usual on Feb 3, 2020.
The teaching appointments for NCD teachers were supposed to be done after the 2019 school year closed on Dec 12.
This has not been done and the appointments done and sent to school this week (27/01/2020) is in chaos with irrelevant teachers’ information and data being provided on the appointment list.
For example, file number not corresponding to the teachers named. Others such as tenure position, levels, acting positions are irrelevant.
Somebody is sleeping and misplacing the valid information sheets that teachers supply every year.
Teachers’ data is a big problem with the department and should be resolved accordingly.
Otherwise mismanagement of data disrespect teachers’ professionalism.
