A Little Something from PNG, CHM-owned retail shop continues to give tribute to local designers and support local talent by showcasing their creations of traditional-inspired dresses this year.
The airport retail shop is located at the departure terminal of Jackson International Airport.
According to the company, the first feature male designer for the year was an emerging designer, the talented Sebastian Sambasivam, marketing manager for PNG Tailoring Ltd, a tailoring shop specialising in garment construction.
Company director Grace Chin said: “We are very proud to represent PNG with our store.
“We have many travellers wanting to take photos of the merchandise, the store, as well as our monthly-evolving mannequin display.
“We want visitors to leave the country with a positive perception of PNG, and even take a piece of PNG with them, wherever their home is overseas, and remember how amazing this country is.”

Located opposite Duffy Café, departing passengers will find PNG-made products such as coffee and tea, vanilla beans, copper beatings, PNG and South Pacific music.
PNG Books, jewelry, local beer and liquor, Queen Emma chocolates and PNG apparel, including creations by famous PNG designers.
Currently on display is a black and white gown from the Aneru Collection, accentuated with red trimmings to symbolise love.
