Reverse call extra expense

 I REFER to Digicel’s recent Reverse call product. While others may accept this product, I think it’s not a good option if you running out of credits and have the call charged to the receiver. Simple reason being that it become an unnecessary expense to the receiver without being told earlier. More better promote the advance top up. In this way the expense is solely taken on by the caller.
