PAPUA New Guinea is a rich country for poor people. The government is only concerned about infrastructure in Port Moresby.
It is not prioritising its millennium development goal number one which is to “eradicate extreme poverty and hunger”.
Is the infrastructure boom in Port Moresby the number one goal for PNG?
People in rural areas are suffering daily because basic services are not reaching them.
There is a clear expression of inequality by our current leaders.
They misuse public funds and leave nothing for the people, except crumbs from service improvement programme (SIP) funds.
Food security is a big problem in PNG as people live on an unbalanced diet of a scone and cold water,
The wellbeing of our people is very important in our nation building.
