Rich and poor

THE ideology of this world system has been built around graded order, which has created a huge gap between the rich and the poor.
The haves and the have-nots.
For example, the best education is very expensive and only the rich can afford it, while the lower class have no choice but to send their children to schools which they can afford.
The same with health and other important services people need in our society today.
Can this Government come up with systems where it is able to empower everyone?
This is from the grassroots in the remotest village, settlements and suburbs to they all have a level playing field.
Can this Government eradicate poverty and empower every person in our nation so there are no more disparities.
All will be equal.
If there is a will there is a way.
