Road accident claims one life, others injured in Madang

A MAN died and some passengers were seriously injured when a bus had an accident at Urigina along the Usino-Madang section of the highway yesterday, according to police.
Madang police commander Supt Mazuc Rubiang said the bus was travelling from Lae to Madang.
He said those seriously injured were transported to the Walium Health Centre.
Supt Rubiang said the driver of the bus was arrested and detained at the Walium Police Station for further investigation
