ROAD infrastructure and the Daulo High School are the main development priorities for Daulo district in the next five years, according to MP Ron Ganarafo.

Ganarafo presented the district’s five-year development plan to National Planning Minister Charles Abel last Friday and said bad roads and a high school for the district were the main focus of the development plan.

He said the terrible road condition was an old problem experienced by the people over the years and he was determined to fix it.

He said there was no high school or secondary school in Daulo forcing many students who had completed their primary education to stay at home because of the limited space in other schools such Asaroka Secondary School in the Asaroka district.

“The Daulo High School project was a long-term plan which previous district administrations were not able to implement,” he said.

“I would like to complete the plan and ensure that students of Daulo are given the necessary basic opportunity to education.”
